What Treatment Looks Like
The same pathway as any other patient, and deliberately so: an examination by Dr. Abbasi, a review of the imaging, and a plan that starts with the least invasive option that fits the injury. Conservative care and physical therapy first, injections where they are appropriate, and surgery where it is needed. Any surgery is performed by Dr. Abbasi.
That continuity matters in a comp matter for a reason beyond the care itself: the person writing the reports is the person who examined the client at every stage, so the record does not have gaps where a referral happened.

Knees and shoulders make up most of it, with elbows and ankles as well — which covers the great majority of orthopedic injuries arising at work: lifting injuries, falls, crush and impact injuries, and the repetitive-use problems that build over time.
