Joint Pain Holding You Back?

Came in for a stem cell injection for a pec tear a couple weeks ago. Was looking for a provider that had the top products and a bunch of experience to get me back to my everyday. Dr Abbasi checked all the boxes.

It’s great to know there’s an expert Orthopedic Surgeon, in Delray Beach specializing in StemCell & PRP treatments.They have a great team! Everyone is professional and very knowledgeable on the different options that Dr. Abbasi offers for regenerative treatments. I’m looking forward to recovery with stem cell treatments instead of surgery!

I was assigned Dr. Abbasi for a work comp shoulder injury which I feared would have been another surgery. Dr. Abbasi recommended PRP with PT prior to going in. After 3 injection and pt, that shoulder is basically pain free. Strength is improving. Avoided another invasive surgery. Very grateful for that and Dr. Abbasi and his team. 5 stars.

I went to Doctor Abbasi after going to physical therapy for 30 sessions for a medial meniscus tear. The physical therapy definitely helped build strength but still had reduced range of motion and pain for my sport activity which is dancing (ballet, jazz). I wanted to give physical therapy a chance before considering PRP. After speaking with Dr Abbasi who is expertly knowledgeable, I decided to do my first round of PRP. It truly was a breeze, thanks to his medical assistants Karla and Kayla who assisted. Doctor Abassi is a pro at doing PRP. For me, it was as easy as getting a flu shot.. I went back a month later for follow up and concluded my improvement was about 50 to 60% better for pain and overall mobility. I can now sit down in a squat position with both knees to put on my dog’s leash as well as do some yoga movements which I could not do before like a yogi squat. I also have more mobility in my affected knee during dance classes. Dr. Abassi explained that a second round of PRP would likely benefit based on the many patients he has seen and also his own personal experience with PRP. Although there are no guarantees, I feel that it’s worth it in the long run for my quality of life and being able to continue my passion for dance In my retirement. I had my second PRP today and hoping for even more improvement.The office is impeccable and the staff caring and competent. Worth looking into especially if your injury is holding you back from what you love to do or affecting daily routine.

Dr. Abbasi was highly recommended to me from a friend and he did not disappoint. I had a great experience with Dr. Abbasi and his friendly staff. Went to see him to for chronic knee pain and we decided PRP was the best option. It was a quick and easy injection and now my knee is feeling great. Dr. Abbasi is a wealth of knowledge in biologics. He took the time to explain to me the benefits of PRP. Fortunately I was able to be seen by Dr. Abbasi soon after calling for an appointment to treat a bad shoulder. Dr. Abbasi took time to explain the diagnosis and go over different treatment options. PRP injections were presented as the best option given the circumstances. We got straight to it and I can say I'm already feeling pain relief. I did a set of prp injections on a leg injury that hadn't healed in two years and I got amazing results. Finally able to walk and work without pain in two years. Dr. David Abbasi is undoubtedly the best orthopedic doctor I've ever seen. He went out of his way to fit me into his schedule, knowing I was about to leave for my wedding in Europe. I was in significant pain from a partial ligament tear, and he suggested two PRP shots before my trip. Thanks to Dr. Abbasi's expertise, my foot feels completely healed and no longer is in pain! I have several tears in my rotator cuff and Bicep . I had a lot of pain in both . Dr Abbasi recommended 3 rounds of PRP. I was shocked at how much better I felt after just 1 PRP treatment ! No pain , and my range of motion has improved . I only wish I had PRP sooner .

I’ve been to Dr Abbasi’s practice to get PRP treatment at least four times for different injuries I’ve occurred over my mma career, every time I call to make appointment, his staff treat me with great customer service. His practice have a great staff on hand ready and able to answer any questions I have.

Dr Abbasi really helped me get my knee healthy with the prp treatment after having surgery twice. As a profesional athlete, it is imperative that i can train year round and he helped me achieve a healthy knee quicker than i expected

Awesome experience. Went in for treatment of a torn lateral meniscus. Dr. Abbasi recommended a conservative approach rather than jumping under the knife. He was spot on with PRP treatment. It’s great to find an ortho who takes that approach. Highly recommend!

I always get very nervous when i go to drs but dr Abbasi put me at ease He is very easy to speak with and has great way of communicating So if u want a dr who is cool and knows his stuff he is the man to see. I also want say his staff is very professional and friendly. And when people are nice like they all are it makes things so much easier especially when your a nervous nelly
